I took this image just three days past this last full moon. The contrast between fully lit lunar surface and its terminator is spectacular. The Lunar X near the crater Mutus is visible in the lower right at about the 5 O'clock position. The comedic face is visible near the edge at about 5:30. This is a stack of four images in the full APS format.

• Meade 10" f/6.3 LX200/GPS
• Prime focus with a Canon 60 Da, 1/80th sec, ISO 125
• Four frames stacked in Registax and enhanced in Photoshop 6.0
